Digital delivery policy

Every FluxKeyPro product is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs.

What you receive

• the product key or activation code;
• the software download link, pointing to Microsoft’s servers;
• an installation and activation guide in English.

How and when

Delivery happens once payment is confirmed, on WhatsApp and, if you ask, by email as well. We give you the delivery time when confirming your order. [TO BE COMPLETED: usual delivery time and processing hours.]

After delivery

• Keep the delivery message — you will need it if you reinstall.
• Do not share your key: each license covers the number of devices stated on the product page.
• If anything goes wrong, check our FAQ or message us on WhatsApp.

Where we deliver

We serve customers worldwide, with dedicated sites for France, Germany and Spain. The software installs in the language of your choice.
