This policy explains which personal data FluxKeyPro processes, why, and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process

We collect no payment card data on the site and use no analytics, ad tracking or social media plugins.
Cookies and local storage
The site only uses:
- the fk_lang cookie (12 months) and a local storage entry that remember the language you chose;
- a local storage entry noting that you closed the language suggestion;
- the fk_cur cookie (12 months), which remembers the currency you chose (euro or US dollar);
- the fk_cc cookie (24 hours), which only holds your country code so prices appear in the right currency and the right language is suggested.
These are strictly necessary for the service you request and do not require consent. The country code comes from our hosting provider or, failing that, is inferred from your browser’s time zone; it stays on your device and is not shared with anyone.
Recipients
The FluxKeyPro team and our technical processors: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) for messaging, our hosting provider (see the legal notice) for hosting and the payment provider used for your order. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this relies on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
- Support chats without an order: 12 months after the last message.
- Order data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the statutory periods.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by messaging us on WhatsApp or at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
