Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all sales of digital software products between [TO BE COMPLETED: company name] (“FluxKeyPro”) and customers ordering through fluxkeypro.com.
1. Products
FluxKeyPro sells software licenses and subscriptions in digital form (product key or activation code and download link). Key characteristics — edition, license type, number of devices, compatibility and end of support — are stated on each product page. On request, FluxKeyPro states the license’s distribution channel before purchase. FluxKeyPro is an independent reseller, not affiliated with Microsoft.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. [TO BE COMPLETED: “VAT included” or applicable tax status.] The price that applies is the one shown when you order and confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.
3. Ordering
You start an order with the “Order on WhatsApp” button. FluxKeyPro confirms the product, price, payment method and delivery time in writing. The contract is formed when payment is received after that confirmation.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are listed in the order confirmation: [TO BE COMPLETED]. No payment details are entered on the site.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital only, on WhatsApp and, on request, by email. See digital delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent in writing before delivery. Until the product is delivered, you can cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Warranty
Statutory conformity rights for digital content apply. If a delivered product cannot be activated as described, FluxKeyPro replaces or refunds it under the refund policy.
8. Use
You must use the software in line with the manufacturer’s (Microsoft’s) license terms. A license for one device may not be installed on several devices at the same time.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by [TO BE COMPLETED], without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence.
