Which Windows license do you need?

For a personal PC, Windows 11 Home covers browsing, office work, streaming and gaming. As soon as the computer is used for work — BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V virtual machines, joining a domain — Windows 11 Pro is the right edition.

We still offer Windows 10 Pro for PCs that do not meet the Windows 11 requirements. Its standard support ended on 14 October 2025, and the product page says so clearly.

Check compatibility before you buy

Windows 11 needs a recent 64-bit processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, UEFI with Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. Microsoft’s free “PC Health Check” app tells you in a minute whether your machine is ready.

If in doubt, send us your PC model on WhatsApp and we will tell you which Windows license fits before you pay anything.

New PC, custom build or replaced drive

A self-built PC or a laptop with a new SSD often starts without an activated system. Install Windows 11 from a USB drive made with Microsoft’s tool, pick your edition and enter the key — the computer is ready in under an hour.

On a second-hand computer showing “Windows isn’t activated”, first check the installed edition under Settings › System › About. A Home key only activates Home; a Pro key activates Pro or turns Home into Pro.

End of support: what it really means

Microsoft sets an end-of-support date for every version. After it, the system keeps working and stays activated, but no longer receives security fixes. Windows 11 is maintained through yearly feature updates, while Windows 10 stopped receiving free updates in October 2025.

That is why we show this date on every product page: the price alone does not tell you how long the system will stay protected.

What a Windows license from FluxKeyPro includes

You receive a 25-character activation key for one PC, Microsoft’s official download link and a guide in English. The license is lifetime: no subscription, no expiry date.
