How will I receive my software?

Are there shipping costs?
No, nothing physical is shipped. Details on our digital delivery page.
When is it delivered?
After payment is confirmed. We tell you the delivery time on WhatsApp when you order.
Windows licenses
Windows 11 Home or Pro?
Home for personal use, Pro for work (BitLocker, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, domain). See Windows 11 Home vs Pro.
Does the license expire?
No, Windows licenses are lifetime. Only Microsoft’s security support has an end date.
Can I still buy Windows 10?
Yes, Windows 10 Pro is still available for PCs that cannot run Windows 11, but it has had no free updates since 14 October 2025.
Office and Microsoft 365
What is the difference between Office 2024 and Microsoft 365?
Office 2024 is paid once for one device; Microsoft 365 is a yearly subscription for several devices with 1 TB of storage. See Office 2024 vs Microsoft 365.
Which Office for a Mac?
Office Home & Business 2024 or a Microsoft 365 subscription.
Is Office 2021 still worth it?
Its support ends on 13 October 2026. We recommend Office 2024 unless you need Publisher.
Compatibility
How do I check whether my PC supports Windows 11?
With Microsoft’s “PC Health Check” app, or by sending us your exact computer model.
Is the software available in English?
Yes, Windows and Office install in the language of your choice, including English.
Activation and installation
Where do I enter my Windows key?
Under Settings › System › Activation › Change product key. Step by step in how to activate Windows 11.
Activation fails — what should I do?
Send us a screenshot of the error on WhatsApp. Most often the installed edition does not match the key, which takes minutes to fix.
Do I need to uninstall my old Office?
Yes, remove other Office versions before installing, including the preinstalled trial.
Refunds and support
What if my key does not work?
We first look for the cause with you. If the key cannot be activated, we replace or refund it under our refund policy.
