With Microsoft 365 Personal you install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on your PCs and Macs and stay signed in on up to five devices at once — computers, tablets, phones. The apps update themselves with new features.

It includes 1 TB of OneDrive for photos and documents, Microsoft Defender for online protection, and the Copilot AI features Microsoft builds into the apps under its current terms.

The code is valid for 12 months from redemption. If you already have an active subscription, the 12 months are added to your current expiry date, so you do not lose a single day.

How delivery works

As soon as payment is confirmed, we send your software on WhatsApp and, if you wish, by email: the product key or activation code, the download link to Microsoft’s servers and an installation guide in English.

It is a fully digital product: nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs. Keep the delivery message — you will need it if you ever reinstall.

Activation

Go to setup.office.com and sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one for free).
Enter the code you received: the subscription is added to your account and your files stay untouched.
If a subscription is already active, the new period is added to the current expiry date.
Check the expiry date at account.microsoft.com under “Services & subscriptions”.

Installation

At account.microsoft.com, click “Install” to download the apps on PC or Mac.
On phones and tablets, install Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in with the same Microsoft account on every device.
Your OneDrive storage is available right away in the browser and in File Explorer.

This plan is for one person. To share with your household, choose Microsoft 365 Family.
Redeem the code at setup.office.com with the Microsoft account that will hold the subscription.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after 12 months?

The apps switch to read-only and OneDrive drops back to 5 GB. You can extend at any time with a new Microsoft 365 Personal code.

Will it replace my current subscription?

No. The 12 months are added to the expiry date of your current subscription.

Can I switch to Family later?

Yes, Microsoft converts the remaining time when you redeem a Family code on the same account.
