Visio 2024 offers hundreds of shapes and ready-made templates, from org charts generated straight from Excel to network infrastructure maps. Diagrams stay editable and embed in Word or PowerPoint.

The Professional edition adds BPMN 2.0 diagrams, UML diagrams, linking shapes to external data and co-authoring.

Visio 2024 installs alongside Office 2024 or Microsoft 365 on the same PC.

How delivery works

As soon as payment is confirmed, we send your software on WhatsApp and, if you wish, by email: the product key or activation code, the download link to Microsoft’s servers and an installation guide in English.

It is a fully digital product: nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs. Keep the delivery message — you will need it if you ever reinstall.

Activation

1. Open Word or Excel once installation has finished.
2. Enter the key in the activation window, or via File › Account › Change product key.
3. Account-based editions are redeemed at setup.office.com with your Microsoft account.
4. Check that File › Account shows “Product activated”.

Installation

1. Uninstall any other Office version, including the trial that comes preinstalled on many laptops.
2. Download the installer with the link in your order — it points to Microsoft’s servers.
3. Run the installer and keep the PC switched on until it finishes (10–20 minutes depending on your connection).
4. If an error appears, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will guide you step by step.
