Office 2024 Professional Plus overview

It is the most complete suite of the 2024 generation. Excel gains newer functions such as IMAGE and the new text functions, PowerPoint improves presentation recording and Outlook searches faster. Access, Microsoft’s database, is included — the consumer editions do not have it.

Unlike Microsoft 365, this edition never needs renewing. You pay once, the apps stay installed and receive security fixes until Microsoft’s announced end of support for this version (October 2029). Features released after that are not added.

Office 2024 Professional Plus installs on a Windows PC. If you also work on a Mac, look at Office Home & Business 2024 or Microsoft 365.

Compatibility

• Windows 11 and Windows 10, 64-bit recommended.
• Not compatible with macOS, ChromeOS, iPad or Android.
• Works alongside Visio 2024 and Project 2024 from the same generation.

License information

• Lifetime license with no yearly fee.
• Installation on one PC.
• Microsoft 365 cloud services (1 TB OneDrive, Copilot) are not included.
• On request before purchase, we tell you the license channel (retail, OEM or volume) and the terms that come with it.

How delivery works

As soon as payment is confirmed, we send your software on WhatsApp and, if you wish, by email: the product key or activation code, the download link to Microsoft’s servers and an installation guide in English.

It is a fully digital product: nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs. Keep the delivery message — you will need it if you ever reinstall.

Activation

1. Open Word or Excel once installation has finished.
2. Enter the key in the activation window, or via File › Account › Change product key.
3. Account-based editions are redeemed at setup.office.com with your Microsoft account.
4. Check that File › Account shows “Product activated”.

Installation

1. Uninstall any other Office version, including the trial that comes preinstalled on many laptops.
2. Download the installer with the link in your order — it points to Microsoft’s servers.
3. Run the installer and keep the PC switched on until it finishes (10–20 minutes depending on your connection).
4. If an error appears, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will guide you step by step.
